DO TRY THE ARNICA THOUGH ALSO WITCHAZEL. I USUALLY KEEP A BOTTLE OF THAT IN THE FRIDGE DOOR. COLD ON A COTTON PAD IT HELPS EASE THE ACHEY BIG BRUISES
