I feel your pain. From 8-10 hrs/week on the Stairmaster to maybe 5 hrs/ week walking the neighbor with a sniffy dog who stops every 10 feet. Add in desserts, treats and constant refrigerator access and ai yai yai…I think keto starts next week.
