The other night I walked past Toby’s kennel and found him sitting up. Figuring he had to go outside I started to reach to open the door. As I did, I realized that he wasn’t looking at me, his ears weren’t moving when I spoke….oh dear, this dog is asleep sitting up!
It took forever for me to rouse him, and when I did he was very logy. What a strange little boy I have.

HA! You made me snort-laugh! 😀 If we leave socks or undies on the floor Cooper will sometimes pick them up and carry them around. So far he’s never made them holy…er…I meant holey! 😉 😛

The vet says she is mystified why Toby sleeps as deeply as he does. I think he’s taking my turn as I can barely sleep at all anymore.

I can think of several comments but they are “hole-y” inappropriate. But it begs the question of where you leave your underwear that Toby can access them.

Both my boys like(d) sleeping in dirty laundry. Even though Toby spends the night in his kennel, he still goes into the bedroom to nap during the day, so I leave a special pile of schmutz on the floor for him.

Every single time I would go to my best friend’s house, her Golden Retriever (who went to the Bridge 10 years ago and is still so missed) would bring me a pair of underwear. Every single time. It cracked me up every time, too

her laundry room was off the kitchen and he would bring me a dirty pair. I would laugh and he would get a treat from Mom to trade.

You guys get to have more fun than I do. Mom keeps her dirty clothes in a basket in a closet til it’s time to wash them.
Just give her Sad Eyes. She will melt and give you whatever you want!
