The Anniversary

Today is Geordie’s Heaven birthday. Does it seem like just yesterday that he went Home, or was it forever ago? I can’t remember. – Toby

Toby, where Geordie is there is neither yesterday nor tomorrow, but only Now. There is no There, but only Here. That’s why it seems both long ago and not. He is always with you, right there, in your heart. Don’t be sad!

When I took Toby for his walk today, I used Geordie’s leash. When Geordie left for his forever home, Toby took over his bed. There are reminders of that soul all over this place. I know Toby and I both look forward to being with him again/are already enjoying our eternity together! ❤️

Aw ❤️❤️❤️ the anniversaries are difficult. 😦
The joy is that Geordie is still with you in spirit, love, memories, and heart. He is still wagging his tail at you in excitement and joy. Even tho’ he had to leave, the light he brought into your life will never fade. The loss of him is immeasurable, but so is the love he left behind. ❤️❤️❤️
    (((HUGS))) ❤️❤️❤️

It’s yesterday and forever ago, all at the same time. Max still lives in my heart, right beside Maverick. One is here in body, one in spirit. Geordie didn’t leave, he just walked over the Bridge and is waiting for you to catch up. Thinking of you, my friend

It is so hard on the day a loved one crosses over the bridge. There memories live on and there are times something will remind you of them and your throat will close up as tears want to leak from your eyes. Other times, something will remind you of your loved one and make you smile and laugh. May the many good memories of Geordie make you smile until you meet again. (Hugs)
