You put on your scalp to grow hair. Leave it on around 15 min, then shampoo out. (If you drink it, it works as a laxative.)

Yes it does! It takes about 8 weeks to notice the growth. It can also help with eyebrows and eyelashes. (I do castor oil massage around my tear glands to try to reduce inflammation.)

I don’t know if I mentioned before, but you only need to do this about twice a week.
I’m tardy to the reply party, but I think argan oil works nicely, too. Also, biotin supplements are to help as well, but I’ve only tried the argan oil myself.
I don’t really need any help with hair growth or thickness, but the silky shine is the reason I use it. My hair did seem to grow a bit faster, about 8” per year with the argan oil. I’m utterly hopeless at hair styling, so it’s ponytail, loose braid or a librarian bun.
I’m always glad my pup doesn’t care how I look. But truth be know she is (literally!) traffic stopping beautiful.
I’ll have to look into argan oil. It sure would be nice to have hair thick enough that I don’t have to worry about sunburned scalp.
