is so very lame.
Each boring white square
is always the same.
If you want a toy
that is totally “bien”
Then the toy that you want
is the sac de chien!
Blue ones for puppy boys.
Pink ones for girls.
Just pull the loose end
till the whole roll unfurls!
The dog with these bags
strung like long strands of pearls
Is the luckiest pup in the
entire world!

Be careful when you close that
big white fridge door.
I’m lying quite near
on the cool kitchen floor.
I don’t want you dropping
stuff on my poor head.
I’m really alive
though I look like I’m dead.
I’m missing the ice and the snow
and the slush
of Winter as you scoot me around by my tush.
I think that this Summer,
I’ve paid my “heat dues”
Now how ’bout we go on an
Alaskan cruise!!!

This week on our walks together, Geordie and I saw:
Five coyote paw prints!
Four grazing whitetails!
Three feasting turkeys!
(They were eating at someone’s bird feeder)
Two puppies in a window
And a wasp nest in a tree!
